QR codes
QR codes are how proof gets captured on the job site. SyncReviews gives you two kinds, a unique code for every crew member, and one code for the whole company, so every review is tied to exactly where it came from.
Per-employee QR codes
Every team member you add automatically gets their own QR code. When a customer scans it, the review is attributed to that person, which powers your team leaderboard and lets you see who's collecting the most.
Manage employee codes under Team Members → QR tab. For each code you can:
- View and download the QR as a PNG
- Print a branded card (company + employee name, role and review link)
- Copy the review link, the personal hub link, or the project link
- Regenerate the code, or activate / deactivate it
- Set an expiry date, a scan limit, a custom landing page, or a post-review redirect URL
The code encodes your review page URL in the form /review/<employee-code>.
The company QR code
Your business also has a single company-wide QR code and review link, found on your dashboard home and in Profile Settings. It's perfect for invoices, email signatures, door hangers and your website. It encodes /review/company/<company-code>.
Scan tracking
Every scan is recorded (who, when, and roughly where from) and feeds your analytics and leaderboard. Scans are de-duplicated and rate-limited so a customer tapping twice doesn't inflate your numbers.
