Plans & billing
Start with a free trial, then pick the plan that fits your crew. SyncReviews has three plans, a 7-day trial with no credit card up front, and secure Stripe billing you can manage yourself at any time.
Everything below lives in one place: you choose a plan from the pricing screen, pay through Stripe checkout, and manage the subscription later from the Stripe billing portal, right inside the app. Your plan sets the limits for features like team members, video reviews, and review-request emails.
The plans
There are three tiers. Each one raises the limits and unlocks more of the platform. You can pay monthly or yearly, and yearly billing saves about 20% versus paying month to month.

Your free trial
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required. During the trial you get full access to the platform so you can prove the value before you pay. You only add payment details if you choose to continue on a paid plan.
When the trial ends without a plan, the app asks you to choose one before you can keep using it. You can pick a plan at any point during the trial, you do not have to wait for it to run out.
Checkout and the billing portal
Choosing or upgrading a plan opens Stripe checkout, a secure hosted payment page. Managing an existing subscription opens the Stripe billing portal. Both are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch SyncReviews.
- On the pricing screen, choose monthly or yearly and pick a plan.
- You are taken to Stripe checkout to enter payment details. Promotion codes can be applied here if you have one.
- After payment you are returned to your dashboard and your plan activates automatically.
- Later, open the billing portal to update your card, download invoices, change plans, or cancel.
There are no contracts. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep access until then. Switching to a different tier while you have an active plan is handled through the billing portal. Trying to buy the exact plan you already have is blocked, so you never pay twice for the same thing.
How limits work
Each plan carries a set of limits, and the app checks them as you work. When you reach a limit, the related action pauses and you see a message explaining the cap on your current plan. For example, adding one more team member, sending more review-request emails, or tracking another competitor stops once you hit the plan allowance.
To get more room you can either:
- Free up space, for example remove an inactive team member or a competitor you no longer track, or
- Upgrade your plan, which raises every limit at once and takes effect as soon as the upgrade is processed.
