Turn a great review into ready-to-post social content in seconds. Pick one of your approved reviews, choose a network and a tone, and get three polished caption options you can edit, copy, or publish.
Open the AI Social Post Generator from the dashboard. It is a simple three-step flow: pick a source review, choose a platform and tone, then generate and use. A usage meter at the top shows how many AI posts you have left this month.
Generate a post
- Pick a source review. Choose one of your approved reviews. Both video reviews and text reviews work, and reviews from your company QR code and from individual team members are both available. Each card shows the reviewer, star rating, and date. Video reviews and rating-only reviews with no written comment can still be used: the tool describes them for the AI so you always get a usable post.
- Choose a platform and tone. Generate for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn, in the voice you want: Professional, Casual & Friendly, Excited, Storytelling, or Minimal.
- Generate and use. You get three options: a polished recommended pick, a different angle, and a shorter punchier one. Each has a main caption plus a call-to-action line. Edit any of them, copy to your clipboard, or publish to a connected account.
Only reviews you have approved appear as sources, so approve your best ones first. If you want a fresh set of options, use Regenerate to run it again on the same review and settings.
The three options you get
Every generation returns three distinct captions written from the real review, never one caption reworded three times:
- Option A, the most polished, marked AI Recommended.
- Option B, a different angle or style.
- Option C, the shortest and punchiest.
Each option is written to fit the network you picked. Instagram captions include a few relevant hashtags, while Facebook, X, and LinkedIn are kept hashtag-free. A live character counter shows your caption length against each platform's limit and flags you when a post runs over.

Edit before you post
Nothing is locked. Tap edit on any option to tweak the caption and the call-to-action, then save your changes. When you are happy, hit Copy Post to put the caption and CTA on your clipboard, or publish it straight from the tool.
Publishing
You can publish directly to Facebook Pages and LinkedIn once those accounts are connected. Choose Publish on an option, pick the accounts to post to, and send it. TikTok and X posts are generated for you to copy and paste, as those networks are not connected for direct publishing here.
Connect your social accounts in the Social Calendar. If you have not connected anything yet, the publish dialog links you straight there. Accounts whose connection has expired are shown as Expired and need to be reconnected.
Monthly limits
Your plan sets how many AI posts you can generate each billing period. The usage meter shows how many you have used, how many remain, and the date your allowance resets (your subscription renewal date, or your trial end date while you are on a trial). When you hit the limit, generation pauses and you are prompted to upgrade for more.
