Displaying Reviews
Public profile page
One link that shows off everything: your reviews, your before and after work, and how to reach you. It is a branded, mobile-friendly page you can drop into estimates, email signatures, social bios and ads.
Every business gets a public profile at syncreviews.com/company/<your-handle>. It pulls your proof together in one shareable place and updates on its own as new approved reviews and projects come in. The page carries a "Verified profile on SyncReviews" bar so visitors know the reviews are real.
What is on the profile
The page builds itself from your business details, your approved reviews, your imported platform reviews, and your projects. Sections only show up when you have content for them.
| Section | What visitors see |
|---|---|
| Business header | Your logo (or initials), a verified check, company name, industry, city and state, a link to your website, and your short bio |
| Overall rating | A combined star average and total verified review count across SyncReviews and every connected platform, with a per-platform breakdown |
| Customer reviews | A rating summary with a star distribution, plus tabs for SyncReviews and each connected platform (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp), each with its own count and average |
| Video and text reviews | Your approved SyncReviews reviews. Video reviews open in a full-screen player; more load as visitors tap 'Load more' |
| Project portfolio | Before and after project cards with the title, the team member who logged it, and the date. Tapping a card opens the full project |
| Request a free quote | A contact form (name, phone, email, preferred date, service, and an optional message) that emails the request straight to you |
| Call and message buttons | A 'Call Now' button (shown when you have a phone number) and a 'Send Message' button that jumps to the quote form. On phones these become a sticky bar at the bottom |
Every visitor also gets a Share button that uses their phone's native share sheet or copies the link to the clipboard, so it is easy to pass your profile along.
How to share it
Set up and share your profile from Profile settings in the dashboard.
- Choose your handle. This is the
<your-handle>part of the/company/link, and it must be unique. - Turn the profile on. A public/private toggle controls whether the page is live. While it is private, visitors see a "This profile is currently private" message instead of your content.
- Use "Copy link" to grab your profile URL, then paste it into estimates, your email signature, social bios, ads, or text messages.
