Getting Started

    Your dashboard

Your dashboard is command central, every review, video, photo, crew metric and tool in one place. Here is how the home page is laid out and how the rest is organized, so you can find what you need fast.

After you sign in, you land on your dashboard home. It updates in real time, so new reviews and QR scans appear on their own without a refresh, and your company QR code and review link are always a click away.

    Headline numbers

Four cards across the top give you the state of your reputation at a glance, each with a small trend sparkline underneath:

    • Total Reviews, every review collected in the selected period
    • Avg Rating, your average star rating, shown with stars
    • QR Scans, how many times your codes were scanned
    • Team Members, your active crew count

Reviews and scans are split into Team (tied to a specific crew member) and Company (your company-wide code), so you can see where your proof is coming from.

    Review activity chart

A bar chart plots reviews over time, with team and company reviews side by side per day. Longer ranges are grouped automatically so the chart stays readable.

    Your company QR code

The home page keeps your company review QR code within reach. From the card you can:

    • See its total scan count
    • Download it as a PNG or Print a branded "Scan to leave us a review" card
    • Copy the public review link to share in a text, email, or invoice

    Deeper metrics

A second row of cards tracks the numbers behind the headlines:

    MetricWhat it means
ProjectsBefore/after project submissions from your crew
Requests SentReview request emails you have sent
SatisfactionShare of reviews that are 5-star
    PendingReviews waiting for your moderation
Response RateShare of reviews you have replied to

    Top performers

A leaderboard ranks your crew (top five) by average rating, then by total activity. Each card shows the member's average rating, review count, and projects submitted, so it is obvious who is driving your reputation and who needs a nudge.

    Recent activity and reviews

Below that you get a live activity feed of your latest review events and a recent reviews list, tagged as video or text, showing the customer, stars, the crew member credited, and the date.

    Filter what you see

    • Time range: last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last 90 days, or all time
    • Department: narrow every stat, the chart, and the leaderboard to a single department
    • Refresh: pull the latest numbers on demand (the page also updates itself live)
