See what is working. The analytics dashboard turns your reviews, scans and team activity into clear numbers you can act on, and export whenever you need.
Open Analytics for a live dashboard. Pick a reporting period from the Select Period filter (this week, this month, and more), and every number, chart and leaderboard on the page updates to match.
Headline metrics

QR scan analytics
A dedicated view breaks down how your codes are performing, so you know whether the problem is scans or conversion:
- Total scans for the period, and scans per day
- Conversion, the share of scans that led to a started review (your scan-to-review funnel)
- Top performer, the crew member driving the most scans
Team performance
See who is carrying your review collection:
- Team size and how many crew have active QR codes
- Reviews per member (average for the period) and Most reviews (your leader)
- Active today, crew who collected today
- The QR Code Leaderboard (ranked by scans) and Team Performance (ranked by reviews). See the Leaderboard guide for detail.
Exports & reports
Open Export Reports to download your data. Choose a report type and a format:

Every export is logged, so you have a record of what was pulled and when.
Use the period filter to run weekly or monthly reviews with your crew. The leaderboard and scan stats make a great standing agenda.
