    Your reviews live in a lot of places. SyncReviews pulls your Google, Facebook and Trustpilot reviews into one dashboard and one widget, so the next customer sees the full picture, not a scattered one.

    Open Platforms in the dashboard and connect each source. Every imported review is aggregated alongside your on-site SyncReviews reviews, ready for your reviews widget, public profile, and analytics.

    Google reviews

    Connecting Google takes one paste. There is no Google login to complete, you simply point SyncReviews at your public listing.

    1. Open Platforms and choose Google.
    2. Paste your Google Business Profile or Google Maps listing URL (the same link customers land on when they find you on Google).
    3. SyncReviews imports your star rating and recent reviews and keeps them in sync from then on.

    Run more than one location? You can add several Google profile URLs, one for each location. How many you can connect depends on your plan:

    Facebook reviews

    Facebook connects through secure OAuth, so you never share a password with SyncReviews.

    1. Choose Facebook on the Platforms page.
    2. Log in with Facebook and grant access to your business Page.
    3. Pick the Page you want, and SyncReviews imports its reviews and recommendations into your dashboard.

    Trustpilot reviews

    Trustpilot works just like Google: one URL, no login.

    1. Choose Trustpilot on the Platforms page.
    2. Paste your Trustpilot profile URL.
    3. SyncReviews imports your recent Trustpilot reviews.

    Google importing is available on every plan. The number of Google profile URLs (locations) you can connect is set by your plan: Starter Pro 1, Scale 3, Dominate 5.
    Once a platform is connected, its reviews flow straight into your reviews widget and public profile, so a visitor sees your Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and on-site SyncReviews reviews together in one place.
