Displaying Reviews

    Before/after portfolio

Your finished work is your best salesperson. Every crew member can capture before/after photos from the job site and build a visual portfolio that closes estimates, organized by crew and date, searchable, and ready to show.

Projects are submitted the same easy way as reviews. Each team member has their own project link (/project/<code>) that opens a mobile-friendly submission page. No app and no login are needed, the crew just opens the link, fills in a few details, and uploads photos. Every submission is automatically tied to the crew member who created it, so you always know who did the work.

How a crew submits a project

    1. The crew member opens their personal project link on their phone. The page shows their name and your company branding.
    2. They enter a project title and description (both required), and can optionally add a department, date completed, customer name, and location.
    3. They upload before and after photos. Multiple photos can be added to each side by selecting several at once or dragging them in. At least one before or after photo is required.
    4. They tap Submit Project. It appears instantly in your Team Member Hub and in your Project Portfolio dashboard, ready to review and showcase.
Photos are automatically compressed and converted to WebP on upload to keep them fast to load. Only image files are accepted. Each project is stamped with the crew member's name, role, and email at the moment of submission, so the project stays fully attributed in your account even if that crew member later leaves.

    Your Project Portfolio dashboard

Open Project Portfolio from the dashboard to manage everything your team has submitted:

    • Grid or list view of every project, each showing the before/after images, the photo count, the crew member with their avatar, the submission date, and a department tag.
    • Search by project title or crew member name.
    • Filter by team member or by department, and sort newest or oldest.
    • At-a-glance stats: total projects, total photos, contributing team members, and projects added this week.
    • Open any project for the full detail view, or delete a project you no longer want (this permanently removes its photos).
    • Export your project data from the Export Reports page.

New submissions and edits show up in real time, so the portfolio stays current without a refresh.

    The project detail view

Click any project to open its full details:

    • A drag-to-compare slider that wipes between the before and after photo.
    • Key facts at a glance: customer, location, department, date, and photo count.
    • The full project description and who submitted it.
    • A photo gallery with a full-screen lightbox, zoom, and next/previous navigation across every before and after image.
    • Download a single photo, or all photos as a ZIP with the before and after images clearly labeled.
Pull up your portfolio on your phone during an estimate. A wall of real before/afters, with a slider a customer can drag themselves, is far more convincing than describing the work.
Project submissions require an active subscription or trial. If the company subscription has ended, or the crew member's QR code has been deactivated or expired, their project link stops accepting new submissions.
