    AI Social Calendar

Plan, schedule and auto-publish your social posts from one calendar. Connect your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, write a post (with AI help for captions, hashtags and the best time to post), and let SyncReviews publish it for you at the time you picked.

Open the Social Calendar in the dashboard. Along the top you get quick counts of your drafts, scheduled posts, published posts and what is going out this week, and three tabs to work in: Calendar, Content queue and Analytics.

    Connect your accounts

You connect networks once with a secure sign-in, so you never hand a password to SyncReviews.

    • Facebook and Instagram connect together through Meta. One sign-in gives access to your Facebook Pages and any Instagram business account linked to them.
    • LinkedIn connects your personal profile, and you can also add a LinkedIn company page by pasting its page URL or ID.

Each connected account shows as a chip. If an account's sign-in is expiring or has expired, the chip is flagged so you can reconnect before a post is due. You can disconnect an account at any time.

    Create and schedule a post

    1. Click New post, or click a day on the calendar to start a post for that date.
    2. Write your caption. The editor highlights hashtags, mentions and links, has a bold-text button, and shows a live character count for each network so you know if you are over a platform limit.
    3. Choose a post type: text, photo, video or carousel. Upload your media, or attach one of your approved video reviews.
    4. Pick which connected accounts the post should go to. You can post to several accounts and networks at once.
    5. Save it as a draft, schedule it for a date and time, or publish now.

Scheduling uses your own local date and time. Scheduled posts publish automatically: SyncReviews checks every few minutes and sends out whatever is due. You can edit, reschedule or delete a post from the calendar or the content queue at any time before it goes out.

    Post status and views

Every post carries a status so you always know where it stands.

    StatusWhat it means
DraftSaved but not scheduled. Does not publish on its own.
ScheduledQueued for a date and time, waiting to auto-publish.
PublishingBeing sent to the networks right now.
    PublishedLive on the connected accounts.
FailedSomething stopped it (for example an expired account sign-in). Reconnect and retry.

The Calendar tab has a month and a week view, and color-codes each post by type. The Content queue tab lists your posts and lets you filter them. Published posts show on the day they actually went out.

    AI assists

Every AI helper lives right in the post editor and the planner.

    • AI Caption: give it a topic or keyword and it writes a ready-to-post caption tailored to the networks you selected.
    • AI Hashtags: suggests a relevant hashtag set based on your caption and platform, skipping any tags you already used. Add them one at a time or all at once.
    • Best Time to Post: recommends a day and time for each connected network, based on how your own published posts have performed, with sensible defaults when you are just starting. One click drops the suggested slot into your schedule.
    • Content Planner: describe your business, pick a start date and the networks to cover, and generate a batch of post ideas (8, 12, 16 or 20). Preview the plan, remove anything you do not want, then schedule the whole batch onto the calendar in one go.

    Analytics

The Analytics tab shows how your published posts are doing, per network: likes, comments, shares, impressions, reach and clicks. Use the sync button to pull the latest numbers from the networks.

Scheduling a post and generating an AI caption each count toward your plan's monthly social limit, and the allowance resets every billing period. Saving drafts and editing existing posts do not count. When you reach the limit you will be prompted to upgrade.
If a scheduled post fails, it is flagged with the reason (most often an account sign-in that expired). Reconnect that account, then publish or reschedule the post to send it.
