Check-in & time tracking
GPS-verified time tracking, built right into the Team Member Hub. Crew check in when they arrive and out when they leave, you get accurate hours and locations with zero extra hardware.
How a crew member checks in
- On their hub, they tap Check In.
- The hub captures their location, precise GPS where available, with a readable place name. If GPS is off or denied, it falls back to an approximate location so check-in never fails.
- A live timer starts. If a precise location comes in later, the hub quietly upgrades the record in the background.
- When the job's done they tap Check Out, and the session's total time is logged.
Time Logged
The Activity → Time Logged view shows each crew member their sessions filtered by Today, Week, Month or All, with total time, number of sessions, average per session, and the in/out times and location for each session. Active sessions tick live.
Check-in data is protected, only the account owner can read the underlying records, and each employee can only have one active check-in at a time.
Because check-in is on the same hub as their QR code, arriving on-site and getting ready to collect reviews becomes one habit.
